We walked in tonight 25 minutes before the store closed. A stylist was very rude and barked at us saying they weren’t accepting any more people. We tried to make an appointment online one hour before close but the system wouldn’t allow it.

For as much money as I spend here on myself and my three boys (minimum 100 per month - not including all products), I couldn't be more disappointed in the patronizing behavior and horrific attitude of Allison. There's a small area above my sideburns that grows fast and I always get cleaned up on a neck trim. To say I got a smart aleck and patronizing tone when I asked for this (and was told I'd have to be charged for a full haircut - comical) would be an understatement. I loved this place until my interaction with Allison where I realized the customer doesn't really matter. Whoever owns this franchise should take note.

My usual hair cut place shut its doors so I had to find a new place to go. I stopped into Sport Clips in EP and was immediately greeted by a stylist who explained the sign in procedure. I was quickly helped by Sasha who was very kind and professional. She made sure my first experience was excellent. I went back to work after my lunch break and received some compliments from my colleagues. I explained where I went and how my experience was. I will certainly be back and hopefully I have convinced a few people at work to check out Sport Clips. Kudos to Sasha for gaining a new client!
