I had a full head of hair, asked for an inch to be taken off and ended up with almost 3 inches removed. Had to stop the stylist from shaving my head. Seems to be a place for a shaved head only. Stylist was terrible when i said thats enough she insisted on cutting more. No wonder I did not go here for almost a year. Last time I will ever go.

Just had my hair cut this afternoon and it is by far the worst I have ever received. She flew through the cut with little to no attention to detail. I wanted to have someone there fix it but was afraid it would have only made it worse. Now I am forced to go to a real salon in hopes to have someone attempt to make it look somewhat acceptable. Worst experience ever.
