Came in, someone said welcome to great clips, no one told me how to check in, finally figured out on my own how to use the self check in, was never acknowledged afterward, no guidance on wait. They were obviously too wrapped up with tasks other than an inconvenient customer like me. Never again

I had a full head of hair, asked for an inch to be taken off and ended up with almost 3 inches removed. Had to stop the stylist from shaving my head. Seems to be a place for a shaved head only. Stylist was terrible when i said thats enough she insisted on cutting more. No wonder I did not go here for almost a year. Last time I will ever go.
